- nitrate medicine for chest pain (angina pectoris)- or heart failure

- riociguat for high blood pressure in the lungs

IMPORTANT: do not use if you:

have been advised by your doctor to avoid sexual activity because of a problem with your heart or blood vessels

have severe heart or blood vessel problem

have high blood pressure that is not controlled have low blood pressure

 are allergic to any of the ingredients in this product

do not have an erection problem

have ever had severe vision loss

Talk to your doctor or pharmacist before taking Cialis for men 10 mg film-coated tablets if you: take any other medicines listed in the package leaflet get very breathless or feel chest pain with light or moderate physical activities

ever had any heart disease or heart surgery have a deformed penis or ever had a persistent erection that lasted for more than 4 hours

have diagnosed severe kidney or liver problems How to take Cialis for men 10 mg film-coated tablets: - take 1 tablet, when needed, approximately 30 minutes before you expect to have sexual activity.

- Cialis for men'10 mg film-coated tablets may work for up to 36 hours.

swallow the tablet whole with water.

do not take more than 1 tablet a day.

Not recommended for continuous daily use.

Not being able to get or keep an erection for sexual activity may be a sign of an underlying disease. Make an appointment with your doctor at the earliest opportunity to discuss your health.
